Do you ship worldwide?
Yes I ship internationally. Since I'm based in France, please be aware that an international shipping order will take more time to arrive than a France/Europe shipping one.
How long do you take to shop orders?
I process and package orders within 5 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your order shiped to the post office.
When will I receive my order?
For in stocks products: Every order will be prepared and shipped normally 1 or 2 weeks after the order placement. You’ll receive your order within the 2 next weeks, depending on your location.
/!\ Please be aware that I am alone to prepare & ship the orders and that I work on daytime. I'm doing my best, thank you for your patience.
For preorders: Once the preorders are closed, it will take from 2 to 4 weeks to produce everything, than 1 week to ship all the orders. I generally post batches of 10 letters per day to the post office.
You’ll receive your order within the 2 next weeks after, depending on your location.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
You can chose either normal or tracked shipping at the checkout. Tracked shipping will be more pricy.
Disclaimer : Shipping prices aren't by choice, they are accorded to my country prices. I try to keep prices as low as possible, so I hope you'll understand.
My order did not arrive yet, what can I do ?
If it's been more than 2 month after you receive the alert email of your order shipping, contact me on my email adress and we will try to find a solution together.

Quand vais-je recevoir ma commande ?
Pour les produits en stock : Toute commande effectuée dans la semaine sera préparée et expédiée dans les deux semaines qui suivent grand maximum. Vous recevrez votre commande dans les 2 semaines suivant son envoi, en fonction de votre localisation.
/!\ Notez que je suis seule à m'occuper des commandes et que je travaille la journée. Je fais de mon mieux et je vous remercie donc pour votre patience !
Pour les précommandes : Une fois les précommandes clôturées, il faudra de 2 à 4 semaines pour tout produire, plus 1 semaine pour expédier toutes les commandes. Je poste généralement des lots de 10 lettres par jour au bureau de poste.
Vous recevrez votre commande dans les 2 prochaines semaines, en fonction de votre localisation.
Puis-je avoir un suivi des envois ?
Au moment de la validation de votre commande, vous pourrez choisir entre un envoi normal ou suivi. Notez que les envois suivis sont plus chers.
Avertissement : Je ne choisis pas le prix des frais de port, ils sont accordés aux tarifs de mon pays. J'essaie de maintenir les prix aussi bas que possible, merci pour votre compréhension.

All sales are definitive, I don't accept returns or exchanges. Every item is checked for quality but may have slight variations. Colors may vary from your screen but I do my best to represent my products in photos.
